                  SALE RETURN POLICY 

*Any item purchased under $35 ( even if total order is more) can only be exchanged for sizing and purchaser must cover any shipping costs.*

Any items above $35 can be exchanged or returned for store credit

                    BLACK FRIDAY SALE POLICY

***All items bought between 11/17/24- 12/1/24 that are purchased with 50% off can only be returned for a different size. If marked FINAL SALE there can be no returns or exchanges****

We want you to love love love your TRUSSO SWIM items which is why we offer returns & exchanges on items (that aren't marked final sale) for store credit...... provided that:

- There is no damage

- It is returned within 14 days of delivery

- It is returned in original packaging.

- It is unworn with all tags attached.

**Only the first returns/exchanges of every order will be covered by us- every exchange after that will have to be covered by the buyer. 

** ALL items labeled FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged **

                                          FREE U.S RETURNS - HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email Trussoswim@trussoswim.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return.
  2. We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel with a FREE return label attached
  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as TRUSSO SWIM will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide

 

                                           INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

We do not cover ANY international shippings**- Please email trussoswim@trussoswim.com with your:

1. Order number

2. Items being returned

3. Tracking Number 

- We are not responsible for any brokerage fees and import tax- Items will be returned to you if upon delivery there are fees. 

- All returns are issued store credit only* Any fee charges will be deducted from store credit if covered. If not it will be sent back to you. 

                                         IN THE EVENT OF A FAULTY ITEM**

  • Please email Trussoswim@trussoswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund as soon as possible
  • Any faults that occur after 2 months will not be accepted

**Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty**
