Let's put your measuring tape to work! To determine your torso length, you'll need to measure two lengths. Start by measuring from your underarms down to your waist. You can write this down once you've completed it, so you'll remember it later. Note down the measurement from your waist to your top hip line.
Here’s where the magic happens!
If your first measurement is shorter than your second measurement, you have a short torso. If your second measurement is short, you have a longer torso.
Another way to measure your torso length is by standing up and measuring from the crown of your head to the groin, then measuring from your groin to the floor.
A small waist means that the first measurement from the top head to your groin is shorter than the second.
You have a long torso if your second measurement from the groin to the floor is shorter.
